What payment methods does Tonic Fashion accept?
Currently, we accept only PayPal.

Can I place an order over the telephone?
If shopping online isn’t your thing, we can also take orders via telephone. Please call us during our business hours (Monday through Friday; 9AM-5PM EST), ready with the details of the item you wish to purchase and your billing information so we can process the order swiftly. How will I know if you have received my order?
Once you’ve checked out with Tonic Fashion (the order of course…) we will be swiftly sending an email your way to acknowledge we’ve received your order, yay! Note: this is only a receipt of your order, not confirmation that your purchase has been made.

Now it’s all systems go… our amazing team will handpick your item/s while simultaneously verifying your payment and delivery details. If it all checks out, then it’s time to get that package outta here and on its way to you!

What if an item is out of stock?
Tonic Fashion is built on providing our customers with the most exclusive edit of luxury designers from all over the world. We source from our various manufacturers scattered around Asia and Europe. Our warehouses are mostly in The United States, Asia, and Europe. Due to the nature of our edit, quantities are limited and in some instances a one-off.

On the rare occasion, an item is sold simultaneously to multiple customers online the stock information may become temporarily inaccurate. In this case, we will either cancel your order in full or just the items which are unavailable and proceed with the rest of the order.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Currently, we do not. Our members shall get an update if that happens.

How many days does the delivery take?
From our U.S warehouse, it takes approximately 3-10 business days (domestic orders) and It takes approximately 15-21 business days for your orders to arrive the US when coming from Asia or Europe. International deliveries take anywhere between 5-40 days, depending from which warehouse we ship from!

What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the ordered process?
Slippery fingers? It’s okay, we know it was a mistake. If you realize your personal details are incorrect, hop to it and send an email to our team - and don’t forget to include your order number and we will do everything we can to rectify this mistake.

Can I redeem or buy gift vouchers online?
No dramas. You certainly can. Just write to us at hello@tonicfashion.com


Is it safe to use my credit card online at Tonic Fashion?
We want to ensure you always have a safe and seamless experience online at Tonic Fashion, therefore all orders are processed through a highly secure checkout system, and additionally secured by McAfee Security.

Consider this a circle of trust.

How do I know if an item will fit me?
If you’re second guessing a purchase because you are unsure of the fit, please make sure you reference our comprehensive Fit Information and Size Guide that is listed on each product page. All products are sold by the international sizing schemes used by the designer (and we will always make sure we tell you if an item runs small or large to size). Take a gander over our product descriptions for all the details, not only are they entertaining but highly informative. If you are stuck still, wait no further, and write to us; either at hello@tonicfashion.com or on Facebook Messenger directly from our store site.

Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction. We refer to the XE CURRENCY exchange. 

PS: We do not charge any transaction fee, but it's totally out of our hands if your bank does.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Customers at Tonic Fashion get a two-hour window to change or cancel their orders.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
